What the German notice covers

So that you know what you are looking at before switching languages, the German notice documents the following, in this order:

  • the controller and the data protection contact
  • the processing that our core business itself involves
  • your rights under Art. 15 to 21 GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint
  • when we erase your data, and the retention periods that delay erasure
  • IP addresses and server log files
  • hosting, and the provider that runs our sites
  • web analytics (self-hosted Plausible, without cookies)
  • cookies and storage on your device, and why you see no consent banner
  • fonts, and where they are served from
  • contact by e-mail, telephone and through the contact form
  • appointment booking via Pipedrive
  • applications and the recruiting process
  • our presence on social networks
  • our Google Business Profile
  • online meetings and video conferencing
  • our WriteUp application: purchase through Digistore24, text generation through an AI service, and hosting
  • our security measures, and the absence of automated decision-making
